By using Hexaequo you agree to the following. The service is offered free of charge, as is.
Who may play
The game is open to everyone. If you are under 14, ask a parent before creating an account.
Your account and nickname
You choose your nickname freely, provided it is not abusive, hateful, misleading about who you are, or intended to impersonate another player. We may rename or close an account that breaks this rule.
Fair play
You may not use a program to play rated games for you, repeatedly abandon games to avoid a loss, or arrange results with an opponent to distort the ratings. Doing so may cost you your rating or your account.
Availability
The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued without notice. We guarantee neither continuous availability nor permanent retention of games.
Liability
Hexaequo is provided without warranty of any kind. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of data, of a rating, or of an account.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision; continuing to play means accepting it.
